KUSA – Colorado Senior Law Day, which is on Saturday, Aug. 14, will offer educational and legal seminars designed especially for senior citizens.
If you are a senior citizen, an adult child with an aging parent or a care giver, you may want to attend one or many of the sessions. Seminars and workshops will be presented by attorneys and other experts.
The seminars and workshops are at three locations on August 14, 2010:
In the Denver area, the workshops begin at 9 a.m. at the Colorado Convention Center. Sessions and workshops will be presented by attorneys until mid-day on Saturday. Registration begins at 7:15 along with a light continental breakfast.
In Ft. Collins:

A $10 contribution is requested to help pay for books and refreshments. Each participant will receive a free copy of the 2010 Senior Law Handbook.
The Colorado Convention Center parking lot has 1,000 spaces. If you prefer, Light Rail stops at the Convention Center, 700 14th Street, Denver.
Colorado Senior Law Day is presented by the Elder Law Section and the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Office on Aging.
